“I went to Action Plan and Print with some 21st invitations I needed printed in a really short amount of time. I gave Rose no real direction, just a couple of details, what I kind of wanted them to have on them and then ran off to organise other things. I came back to pick them up and they were all completely finished and looked fantastic. They were better than I could have ever hoped for. She had taken it upon herself to find out the exact address of the venue (which I had forgotten to give her) and also gone above any beyond, finding images for me to put on the invitation to match my chosen theme. On top of this, to say Happy Birthday to me she gave me a discount on the invitations - all along with being 100% friendly. It was the best customer service I've ever received, despite her clearly being quite busy also (there were lots of people coming in and out of the office all the time). THANKS ROSE!”
