Great business service is about putting yourself out for a customer, even when there is little money involved. Jonathan Lowther did this for Arda Van Kuyk who was searching for low value can openers for a local cub group. Arda tried numerous stores who were not interested in helping but then talked to Jonathan, who tried and tried to source the can openers.   And here's the thing...he wasn't successful. But Arda was so impressed by his efforts she told us, and Jonathan has received just reward for providing inspirational service:   "I had tried eight other establishments, but Jonathan was the only one who rang around, searched other camping outlets, opened packets to try to find the openers, searched systems and continued to ring while I went to two other stores. When I returned he was still trying to find the tool. I was so grateful for not being fobbed off. He genuinely went out of his way, rather than other stores who were not interested.
