Sometimes awesome service is about a single gesture. Other times it's the total service experience, as Frances Gale found when she engaged Tree Total to trim trees around her house. "I was referred to Tree Total, who unlike other companies, responded promptly to my request. They came and inspected the trees, sent a written quote with full details of the work to be undertaken. When we accepted the quote, they came the following Friday and trimmed the trees. The yard was left spotless, not even a leaf or twig on the grass. Unfortunately I was out at the time. I had wanted two of the trees cut back more as one of them was catching the clothes on the clothes line. I rang on Tuesday morning and explained this and said there was no hurry, but when I came home that night the trees had been trimmed as requested. Once again the yard was spotless. A few days later the account arrived with a packet of flower seeds and a fridge magnet. I was most impressed with the level of service and professionalism of this team and decided to nominate them for an awesome service award."
