Inspirational customer service can be experienced once or time and again, and the service provided by this week's Awesome Service Award winner, Linda Hepden of Albany Village Care Chemist, spans a generation.

"Linda always gives her best, she is warm and friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble.
When my children now mothers themselves used to go and see her with their pocket money saved for a Mother's Day gift Linda spent time helping them and making them feel special even though they had little to spend!
Now she does the same thing for my grandchildren! She makes each customer feel they are truly special.
She deserves an Awesome Service Award for being an enthusiastic and wonderful salesperson"
