"I go to the gym near the bagel shop in Wellesley Street in the city. They are always happy to open the door at early hours to give me bagels for my little daughter who can't get enough of them. They chat with everyone and definitely share the love! Last week I popped in and the bagels were not quite ready. Rather than make me go home empty handed, they made me a coffee, gave me four perfectly good bagels from the day before for free and promised fresh bagels same time the next day. As a new business they are struggling to keep up with demand but never once do I leave feeling rushed or undervalued.
