Wheelchair-bound Patricia Ingham says the staff at Pret-A-Porter Hair show her respect and consideration with the extra care she requires, making her trip to the hairdresser stress-free:
"I am permanently in a wheelchair so going to a hairdresser can be difficult, and I also need assistance transferring to the basins etc.
This is always done by all the girls at Pret-A-Porter in the most caring and patient of ways.
Also I rely on my husband to take me.
As he arrives one of the girls always rushes over to him with a cup of coffee without him ever asking.
This has been consistently the case for the last couple of years. We both feel we are receiving awesome service."
