As Rebecca Roberts found out, it's a philosophy owner of Cool Awnings, John Glenn has obviously embraced, as she explains. "My large electric powered awning extended but would not retract again late in the afternoon, and the wind picked up causing it to rock alarmingly. A panicked visit to the yellow pages found John and his team who gave me a late, after hours visit and physically pushed, manipulated and tied it back to ensure its safety, while also noticing that serious damage had been done to my roof and facia. John and his assistant then helped me through the process of contacting my insurance company, assisted in writing a report and offering assistance above and beyond the call of duty. A woman on my own, they calmly and professionally sorted the problems out, and offered ongoing assistance. They were just terrific. I do not hesitate to recommend John and his company."
