The positive impact we can have on others as we go about daily business can sometimes be forgotten. However as customer Sam Fletcher explains- the importance of inspirational service, that goes the extra mile, should never be underestimated.   "I am 86 years old and am a disabled returned serviceman. I would like to nominate Naresh Gopal for this award. He has been my personal taxi driver for the past 7 years. During that time I have had dozens of medical appointments and Naresh has never ever been late for any of them. He is so good at getting me out of my chair to my seat in his cab and the same for my journey home. He has a genuine concern for his passengers as a recent incident clearly shows. Recently when my wife arrived at Lynmall Shopping Centre all shops were vacated and hundreds of people were in the carpark under a blazing hot sun due to a fire in the complex. Naresh got her a seat and left her waiting for the shops to reopen. A half an hour later, with my wife showing the early signs of dehydration and two hours before the arranged pick up time, he returned to check up whether she was alright. She was pleased to see him. I feel that the standard of service given by Naresh Gopal during the last 7 years surely entitles him to the description of having given Awesome Service!"
