Tara Ranchhod has the honour of being one of the longest serving providers of inspirational service to win an Awesome Service Award, as customer Judi Hartley explains:
"Tara has been giving me and our company Hartley Consultants awesome service for over 16 years.
It doesn't matter how busy she is, she goes out of her way to help with anything, from finding a suitable greeting card, to putting your stamps on your envelopes.
We regularly have bulk mailouts (of over 300 letters), but all we have to do is drop them off and she sorts, stamps and posts them.
She once repackaged a parcel for me because the way I had packed it made it more expensive to post than necessary.
Tara never seems to have a holiday. She appears to be there every day, even during holiday periods.
I've often wondered how I could acknowledge her thoughtfulness and wonderful service so I am delighted this Awesome Service Award provides the opportunity to recognise her excellence in customer service"
