"My 12 year old son John has had a very rare life threatening kidney condition since birth.
Everyone at Glendene village Care Chemist have dealt with us in regard to John`s medications.
Over the years they have gone out of their way to make our life easier. They always make sure they have John`s meds in stock for times when we suddenly run out.
If they don't have it they will call around and get it couriered immediately.
When we get technical information on John's condition which we don`t really understand they have often researched it for us and printed it out so we can keep it.
At times John has become very ill which is so distressing for our family. Rob and his staff have kept me sane through these times by taking the time to talk with me and offering the most amazing emotional support and care.
This has enabled me to then be strong for John and support him through the difficult times. The chemist has always kept their costs as low as possible and at times have done things for us with little or no profit for themselves.
Apart from this the chemist has helped us with all sorts of general care from basic ailments through to cosmetic advice.
They have ensured that all staff know the products well and can offer qualified, professional advice in regards to anything in the shop.
It does not matter what my family needs or when I need it, Glendene Village Care Chemist are always at hand to sort it out, with a happy friendly smile.
I would be so lost without these guys. They are so much more than just a chemist. They have become a very special part of our family!
