" I was looking to purchase a mountain bike when I decided to visit the store. They could not supply a bike that I wanted as it was not in stock.
They offered me a more expensive model (which I couldn't afford). They then gave me a $250 discount off a $1000 bike without me asking for a discount.
I returned to the store to buy more items which they fitted free of charge. One evening I stopped off at about 10 to 6 (knowing that they close at 6pm) to ask them to repair a puncture because I was too lazy to repair myself.
These guys, without hesitation told me I could wait and proceeded to repair the wheel at no extra cost besides the cost of the actual part used. At 6pm I walked out the shop with bike in hand.
On another occasion, I purchased a child seat for my bike. I was prepared to spend $300 on what seemed a better buy, when the one staff actually suggested another, cheaper version and supplied me with pro's and cons.
When they couldn't supply the seat then and there he actually offered to bring in his one for me to use until they can supply a new one.
I can honestly say that in my entire life of doing shopping, I have never come across a nicer, friendlier and more honest bunch of guys.
Needless to say, I will support this shop for a long time to come."
