For those who provide great customer service on a daily basis - acts of kindness are nothing out of the ordinary. However as Rosealyn Gray explains, those kind acts can sometimes mean a great deal more than they think. "I recently took my grandsons to the park. When I came back, what did I see? Only the wing mirror with all the workings hanging out and attached only by a wire. No note, nothing. I went into North Shore Panel Beaters and met John. He came and looked at the mirror and after undoing all of the tape I had holding it together, he decided that he would try and fix it. After spending at least 10 minutes on it he put it all back together and refused to take any money for it. I was blown away. I just didn't think these people still existed. It really made my day."
