She was nominated by Auckland customer, Ruth Pologa for her generosity, kindness and all round top customer service: "This company makes children's outdoor wear and protective clothing. I asked for information about their overalls, as my son has special needs and I was looking for overalls that would restrict my three year old son from removing his clothing. Treana responded to my email quickly. The overalls were delivered quickly, and a second pair (valued at over $40) was enclosed for free, with a simple note saying "please accept this complimentary pair for your son". Since my son's diagnosis it has been such a battle to find help, and the generosity of this business to a total stranger is amazing and has been a great encouragement to me. This business is AWESOME!
