"Kate has been my inspiration since I started on my weight loss journey 18 weeks ago. I meet with her once a week for an hour.
Kate is positive, encouraging and has a never ending smile that keeps you motivated and happy. She makes you feel good no matter what. Kate is special because she texts me most days to see how I am going.
She contacts me on her days off and out of her work hours to see if I will go for a walk/run with her. She constantly tries to make sure I am always on track and goes out of her way to keep in touch, especially if she thinks I am struggling.
Her love of helping others, at the expense of her own time is second to none. She inspires me, and others and goes beyond the call of duty to help.
She really means it too, when she says she cares. A true champion who is saving my life! She gives up her own time to help others."
