When you transact business face-to-face you get first-hand vibes about who you are dealing with, making it a lot easier to gauge the impression you are creating. She said not to worry about how long I took to test as if I bought the product, she would still provide it at the sale price. I finally chose the colour I wanted and she sent me that PLUS a complimentary finishing test pot PLUS several samples of eyeshadow. Not only that, but after she initially sent me the wrong shade of foundation, she apologised profusely and told me to keep it and pass it on to someone else and the correct shade arrived a day or so later. Throughout the process she was so helpful and friendly, and I have recommended her site to many people."
