Judith Reader nominated Nick Renfree, the new car sales manager for Southern Honda, Dunedin for the care and help he provided her in a time of need. "Nick was most helpful earlier this year when I was choosing a car that would be easy for me to drive (I am partially disabled).   Three months later I was sitting in the car, which was parked, when a vehicle hit it. With no family in Dunedin my first thought was to ring Nick to ask him if he would come to my rescue. He dropped what he was doing and came to my help in minutes. He then organised everything that had to be done and then took me and my little dog home, and set about organizing the insurance claim. He then organised delivery of the car to the panelbeater and supplied me with another car while my car was of the road.   He also checked the next day to see that I was alright and to let me know that the replacement car parts had been organised. I really appreciate the care and attention he provided me in my time of need and think he deserves an MYOB Awesome Service Award for going way beyond the normal call of duty."
